Ashcroft recognised for their investment in training
We are thrilled to announce that Ashcroft Partnership LLP has received the prestigious ACCA Approved Employer Platinum status.
The ACCA Approved Employer Programme identifies and rewards employers’ high standards of employee training and development. This award recognises our commitment to ensuring our team have the right skills, ethics, and competences to add value and drive individual careers and our business forward.
To achieve this recognition, we have proven that we offer and provide all ACCA Trainees:
- Paid study and exam leave.
- Full financial contribution towards ACCA study.
- Incentives for passing ACCA exams.
- The highest standards of training and practical experience requirements
HR Business Partner Laura Banks explains why this is so important to Ashcroft:
“We are extremely proud to have achieved Platinum Employer Approved ACCA status. It highlights what we stand for and recognises that we make significant investment in the training and personal development of every team member. We ensure employees are given the resources and time to study and progress in their careers and recognise everyone for their individual strengths and unique contribution to delivering a first-class service to our clients.
As a small firm, we know we can offer employees something different – a personalised training and development journey that we can establish from day one and, because of the collaborative way in which we train, our team know they we have their career goals, not just our business goals, in mind.”
Harry Bibracher-Newell is a Supervisor at Ashcroft and an ACCA student. He recently passed the Strategic Business Leader module exam and tells us why the support he has received from Ashcroft is so important:
“The support provided by Ashcroft has paid a vital role in my development and success throughout the ACCA qualification. Whether it be through study leave, guidance or just someone to listen when things get a bit tough, there has always been the right level of support available. The type and difficulty of the work I do has always been tailored to my needs, further supporting my progression through what is a tough qualification.”
Dominic Anthony, Managing Partner at Ashcroft commented,
“This is a huge achievement that reflects our culture and ethos, and we are not stopping there. We are developing a unique People Proposition reflecting our promise to develop an expert team and enable a culture of high performance and success. This is at the heart of what we offer as we continue on our path to be the first-choice employer for passionate, talented professionals.”
This year alone we have hired seven people at varying stages of their career, two of who are studying for their ACCA qualification. Together with our existing ACCA Trainees, the Approved Employer Platinum Status will support four Ashcroft Trainees by enabling them to gain qualification as quickly as possible.
We are always keen to talk to smart, ambitious people to join the firm and start their own Ashcroft and ACCA journey.
